Obsidian Asset Management

Introduce your property management needs

Obsidian Asset Management starter markOAM

1. Brand foundation

A proposed introduction to property and homeowner association management needs.

Audience: Property owners and homeowner associations

2. Logo and wordmark

Pair the orbit symbol with the exact name “Obsidian Asset Management” in Arial Bold. The initials distinguish the entity within the shared symbol family. Keep the full name alongside the mark for first-time audiences; the base symbol is not exclusive. Use the symbol alone only where the entity name is already visible.

Keep clear space of one quarter of the symbol width on all sides. Minimum symbol size: 32 pixels on screen or 10 mm in print. Keep its proportions, rounded background and approved colours. Do not stretch, rotate, add shadows or place over busy photography. For one-colour production, use a solid dark mark on white and preserve the line details.

3. Colour palette — Obsidian & gold

Use primary for headings and buttons, accent for decoration, background for page surfaces, text for body copy and muted for supporting labels. Use white text on primary buttons. Accent colours are not body-text colours. Choose another network palette in the launch editor, then review the complete page before republishing.

4. Typography and layout

Use Arial with a sans-serif fallback. Heading weight 700; body weight 400. Body text at least 16 pixels, line spacing 1.6. Use a clear heading order and a reading width of about 65 characters. Space content in multiples of 8 pixels. Keep navigation and button labels short.

5. Voice and evidence

Use plain, specific language. Describe the intended audience, the problem and the proposed service. Separate existing capabilities from planned work. State prices, registrations, accreditations, customers and results only when supported by approved evidence. Avoid promises of guaranteed outcomes.

6. Website structure

  1. Name, logo and one-sentence introduction.
  2. About the entity and its purpose.
  3. Services or areas of focus with concise descriptions.
  4. Who the entity is for.
  5. A verified public contact link when available.

7. Adaptation and review

Review name and purpose first; then wording, palette, symbol and contact destination. Save a draft, inspect the preview and publish that exact revision. Record corrections in the review notes. Publication history retains the approved snapshot; later edits require another publication. This manual is a starter identity guide, not a trademark clearance or evidence of incorporation.
